I'm not capable to to my job

Zero motivation

My performance hasn't been good enough. To speak to people in real life has been a tremendous task to achieve.
I bet that my coworkers don't like me, the have told me to get back to my previous job that "Maybe I'd be better there". Soon I may get fired. Who knows?
I hope to buy my first house before getting fired in june.
